You’ll Need:
1 pound bacon
1 head lettuce
1 head cauliflower
1/2 cup red onion
Mayonaise
1/2 cup sugar
Procedures : Fry bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble into small pieces and set aside.
In a large bowl tear lettuce into bite-size pieces and layer in bottom of bowl. Cut cauliflower into small floweretts and layer on top of lettuce. Sprinkle finely chopped red onion over cauliflower. Entire layer of mayonaise should be lightly covered. Sprinkle bacon pieces over the top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Dont mix until ready to eat
