2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup coconut
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
Stir the melted butter into the brown sugar. Stir in the eggs. Add the flour with the baking powder. Stir in the vanilla, coconut and pecans. Stir well. Pour batter into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
