2 2 Crust
1-2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons melted butter
1-1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons sugar
Filling
1/2 lb farmers cheese
1/2 lb Ricotta cheese
1 cup sugar
8 oz cream cheese
5 eggs
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Topping
1 pint sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
Crust preparation:
Combine graham cracker crumbs, with melted butter, cinnamon and sugar. Mix well. Press into a 9″ pie pan and pat well.
Filling Preparation:
Mix together farmers cheese, ricotta cheese, sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each one. Stir in lemon juice. Turn into the crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
Topping Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together. Spread over cheese cake and chill.
