6 apples – peeled, sliced 1 Tbls vanilla
6 Tbls sugar 1 Tbls baking powder
1 Tbls cinnamon
Mix dry ingredients together in small bowl. Mix with apples.
Add vanilla. Let stand.
3 cups flour 1 cup oil (vegetable, corn, safflower, etc)
2 cups sugar 4 eggs
Beat eggs. Blend in oil. Gradually add sugar (These 3 steps can be
done with a mixer or by hand, but it is easier to use a mixer!).
Stir in flour until all blended. Fold in apple mixture.
Pour into greased bundt or angel cake pan. Bake until toothpick
inserted comes out clean.
Bake: 375F 1 hour 15 minutes

Apple Cake
1 cup sugar
2 cups diced apples
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teas baking soda
1/2 teas cinnamon
1/2 teas salt
Mix in order. Pour into a greased 8″x8″ pan. Bake until toothpick
inserted comes out clean.
Bake 350F 30 minutes
