Georgia Pound Cake

2 2 2 sticks margarine
3 cups sugar
3 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
6 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla

Cream margarine with sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg. Stir in vanilla. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and continue cooking for 45 minutes
