Bailey’s Irish Cream Cake

18 1/4 oz pkg yellow cake mix
4 oz Instant chocolate pudding
3/4 cup oil
1/4 cup Water
1/4 cup vodka
1/2 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
4 eggs

Irish Cream Glaze:

Irish Cream
Powdered Sugar

Combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil, water, vodka, Irish cream and eggs in a bowl. Beat until smooth. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees F 40 to 50 minutes.

Remove from pan and cool completely.

Irish Cream Glaze:

Mix together enough of the Bailey’s Irish Cream and the powdered sugar to make a thick consistency sauce and drizzle over cake.
