Shrimp Fiesta Fajitas

You’ll Need:
4 Mission? Soft Taco Size Flour Tortillas
2 Tbsps. Lime Juice
2 Tbsps. Soy Sauce
2 Tbsps. Fresh Ginger minced
2 Tbsps. Garlic minced
1/4 tsp. Tabasco Sauce
1/8 tsp. Black Pepper
1 lb. Medium Shrimp peeled and deveined
2 Tbsps. Vegetable Oil
1/2 Red, yellow or green Bell Pepper thinly sliced
1 small Onion thinly sliced
2 small Tomatoes seeded and chopped
Procedures : 1. Blend first seven ingredients together, except tortillas. Then add shrimp. Cover and place in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
2. To serve: Heat 2 tablespoons oil in skillet. Saute peppers and onion until soft. Add shrimp and tomatoes, saute just until shrimp turns pick. Don’t overcook or shrimp will become tough. Serve with warm tortillas
