Holiday Rum Balls

1 cup confectioners sugar
2 tablespoon cocoa
2 1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers
1 cup finely chopped pecans
2 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoon light corn syrup
3 tablespoon rum
1/4 teaspoon Almond extract (or vanilla extract)

Directions:

Sift cocoa and confectioners sugar together and combine with cookie crumbs and pecans.

Add corn syrup, rum and flavorings. Roll into 1″ balls, and then roll in granulated sugar.

Store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator.
