Funnel Cakes

2 eggs
1-1/3 cup milk
2-2/3 cup flour
4 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda

Beat eggs and add milk. Sift dry ingredients together. Add eggs and milk; beat until smooth. Pour 1/2 cup batter into funnel; swirl into hot oil (275 degrees) until golden brown. Remove from oil; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
